Our Mission
Golden Opportunity Games was founded with the goal of sparking people's sense of adventure and curiosity. In a world that's constantly connected but rarely present, we aim to give players a reason to be where their feet are.
How It Started
Golden Opportunity was founded in the fall of 2024 by two college students at the University of Cincinnati.
After seeing the excitement from our players we decided to open up Golden Opportunity to the greater Cincinnati area to impact the largest number of people. What started as a campus activity has grown into a city-wide adventure platform.
What Makes Us Different
Our hunts are quick, accessible, and crafted to turn ordinary locations into thrilling adventures. Compared to competitors we offer much more in depth searches along with a chance to win money.
Whether you're a big time puzzle-solver or just in it for some quick cash, we have a search for you. While we're happy to offer our players monetary rewards, we hope players connect most with our mission of helping people slow down, stay present, and enjoy being where their feet are.

Players need 300+ points to qualify ( Earned through Golden Nuggets), ensuring dedicated players have a better chance of winning.

Gold Rush (Cash Drops)
Weekly surprise cash drops announced on our Instagram. These are quick-find events where the first players to locate the drop win immediate cash rewards.

Gold Nuggets
Golden Nuggets are waiting to be discovered in Cincinnati’s parks. Each Nugget is tied to a unique location plate that provides points when found. Unlike time-limited hunts, Golden Nuggets are constant, allowing players to explore at their own pace and enjoy the thrill of discovery whenever you please.
- • Takes 15-30 minutes to complete
- • When the code is found enter the code in the redeem tab to earn the points
- • Points lead to golden opportunity entries
