1. Who Can Play
   You must be at least 18 years old to participate, or have the consent of a parent or guardian if under 18. By joining, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
2. Our Services
   We organize scavenger hunts, cash drops, and large-scale events. Some are free and some require payment. Prizes can be cash or physical items.
3. Your Account
   When signing up, you agree to provide accurate information like your name, email, location, and payment details (if needed). You are responsible for keeping your account safe and secure. For more information, read our privacy policy.
4. Payments & Refunds
   Some events require purchasing points to play. All sales are final. We do not issue refunds under any circumstances, so please make sure you want to play before paying.
5. Prizes
   Winners may receive cash or physical prizes. We are not responsible if a prize is lost, stolen, or damaged once delivered. Winners are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes required by law. We may replace a prize with something of equal value if the original is unavailable.
6. Fair Play
   Players agree not to cheat, harass others, damage property, trespass, or put themselves or others at risk. We may suspend or remove accounts if these rules are broken.
7. Safety First
   Scavenger hunts and events may involve physical activity, travel, and visiting public spaces. By participating, you understand and accept these risks. Golden Opportunity is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages.
8. Limited Liability
   We provide our Services “as is” and cannot guarantee they will always be available, error- free, or secure. Golden Opportunity LLC, its team, and partners are not responsible for indirect losses, lost prizes, lost opportunities, or damages. Our liability is limited as much as the law allows in Ohio and the United States.
9. Intellectual Property
   All puzzles, branding, logos, and materials belong to Golden Opportunity LLC. You cannot copy, share, or reuse them without our permission.
10. Legal Compliance
    Players must follow all local, state, and federal laws while participating. Breaking the law during an event is not allowed and is your responsibility.
11. Event Changes
    Sometimes events may be delayed, changed, or canceled due to weather, technical issues, or other situations beyond our control. We are not responsible for these changes but will do our best to inform players.
12. Indemnification
    By playing, you agree to protect and not hold Golden Opportunity responsible if your actions cause harm, break the law, or lead to claims by others.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
    These Terms are governed by Ohio and U.S. law. Any disputes must be handled in the courts of Ohio.

    We may update these Terms at any time. If you continue to play after changes, that means you accept the new Terms.
